Terms of Service — Borderless Echo Publisher
Last updated: October 6, 2026.
What this is
Borderless Echo Publisher is an internal tool operated by Luc Gaudet. It publishes Borderless Echo’s own AI-generated music video clips to our own TikTok account (@borderlessecho) via TikTok’s Content Posting API. It is not offered to the public and has a single authorized user.
Acceptable use
The app is used solely to publish content we own to the account we operate, in compliance with TikTok’s Terms of Service and content policies. AI-generated video content is labeled according to TikTok’s AI-content rules.
No warranties
The service is provided as is. Publishing depends on TikTok’s platform availability and API policies, which may change.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page.
